Our Recruitment Process
Step 1: Apply Online
Complete our Careers Application Form to officially start your journey.
Provide your details, work experience, and relevant skills so our Recruitment Team can understand your background and career aspirations
Step 2: Demo Task & Personality Test
After submitting your application, you will receive an email containing a link to your demo task and personality test.
These assessments are designed to:



Highlight your skills relevant to Virtual Assistant work
Showcase your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Provide insight into your work style and personality
Tip: Be sure to check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, to ensure you don’t miss the email with your task and test.
Step 3: Email Invite for Qualified Candidates
If you successfully complete the demo task and personality test, you will receive an email invitation from our Recruitment Team.
This email will provide details for your next step in the process.
Step 4: Initial Interview
After receiving the email, you’ll attend your scheduled Initial Interview with our Recruitment Team.
Step 5: Final Screening
Qualified candidates move on to the Final Interview and Background Check
The Final Interview evaluates:

Communication skills and professionalism

Fit with our team culture

Readiness for international client work
The Background Check ensures security and trustworthiness for our clients.
Step 6: Pre-Onboarding Email
Once you pass the Final Screening, you will receive a Pre-Onboarding Email containing:

Confirmation of your Onboarding Day

Instructions and schedule for your first day

Resources to prepare for a smooth start
Step 7: Start Date - Onboarding & Orientation
On your scheduled Start Date, your journey officially begins. Your Onboarding and Orientation will include:

• Overview of your role and client expectations
• Introduction to tools, processes, and communication standards
You’ll start with clear guidance to help you settle into your Virtual Assistant role.
System Requirements
What your setup should look like
All system requirements must be fully met and successfully verified during the recruitment process and must be consistently maintained throughout all VA-related work.
Computer
• At least Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen series processor, or Apple M1/M2 chip
• 8GB RAM or higher
Internet Connection
• Type of Connection: Must have your own postpaid wired internet (DSL, fiber, or cable)
• Speed: Plan must be at least 10 Mbps or higher
• Location: Internet must be set up in your main dedicated workplace or declared address
Webcam
• Built-in webcams with 360p or higher pixel density are allowed
Headset
• Over-the-ear wired headset with a retractable noise-reduction microphone
• Wireless, Bluetooth, or in-ear headsets (like the ones that come with your phone) are not allowed
